Open the support center
From the sidebar choose Support or navigate to /dashboard/support. You can browse articles, search the knowledge base, and create tickets for your organization.

Tickets & follow-up
Each ticket tracks subject, priority, status, and conversation history. Use clear reproduction steps so the support team can respond faster. Ticket detail URLs use /dashboard/support/tickets/{id}.
