Getting Started with {{brandEn}}
Step-by-step guide to registration, login, and your first steps on the {{brandEn}} platform.

Create an account
To use {{brandEn}} you need a user account. Go to the registration page and enter your business name, mobile number, email, and password. After registration, a verification code is sent to your mobile number.
Tips
- 1Use a valid mobile number — it is required for login and identity verification
- 2On some deployments public registration is disabled; use your organization's SSO instead
Sign in
You can sign in with: 1) password 2) SMS one-time code (OTP) 3) organizational SSO. After a successful login you are redirected to the dashboard.
Tips
- 1If your organization has SSO enabled, use that path for full access
- 2Contact support if you forget your password or do not receive an SMS code
Verify your mobile number
A verified mobile number is required to create a new organization. After login, if your number is not verified, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard. Click Verify number, enter the code sent to you, and confirm.
Install the dashboard as a PWA
{{brandEn}} is a progressive web app (PWA). You can install it on your phone like a native app. In Chrome or Safari, choose Add to Home Screen from the browser menu.
